Police arrest man for torturing papadam vender
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police claim to have arrested a man who tortured a popaddam vendor in Lahore.
The incident took place as a result of a road accident near Shaukat Khanum hospital when the vendor’s motorcycle hit the man’s car who started beating him in frustration. The video of the incident went viral on social media in which the car owner can be seen torturing the vendor and he even threw away his bundle of popaddam.
After the public outrage on social media over the car owner’s irrational behaviour, police reportedly arrested the suspect.
