ANF, FC foil bid to smuggle narcotics from Afghan border
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) and the Frontier Corps (FC) claimed on Tuesday to have foiled an attempt to smuggle 52kg ice and heroin, and arrested three Afghan drug traffickers.
According to the officials, the suspects were attempting to smuggle narcotics from Afghanistan to Pakistan via Torkham border. They are under investigation for legal formalities.
In another action, ANF officials seized 240 grams narcotics from a parcel in a private courier company’s office in Karachi. Cases have been registered.
