Court issues arrest warrants of victims in Usman Mirza torture case

The arrest warrants of the victims were issued for not appearing in court despite repeated summons.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The District and Session Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants of the victim boy and girl in Usman Mirza torture case.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani heard the case of boy and girl torture and blackmailing in Sector E-11.
The arrest warrants of the victims were issued for not appearing in court despite repeated summons. The lawyer pleaded in court that the victims were out of city and it would take three hours for them to reach court.
The Court later adjourned the case till January 19.
