Larkana: Two policemen arrested for smuggling hashish
LARKANA (Dunya News) - Police in an operation have arrested two policemen along with 4 kg of hashish in Larkana.
According to SSP Imran Qureshi, police in an operation near Joya Bridge in Larkana arrested two policemen along with 4 kg of hashish. Policemen Inam Kalhoro and Riaz Sangi were going to sell hashish from Larkana to Shahdadkot.
The SSP said that both the policemen were smuggling drugs on a motorcycle. A case has been registered against both the officials at Ratu Dero police station. The arrested policeman was posted in the traffic police and Riaz Sangi was posted in police line.
SSP said the arrested policemen had been dealing in drugs for a long time, further investigation is underway. Both officials have been fired from the department.
