CTD arrests MQM London target killer in Karachi
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested MQM London target killer from Nishtar Road cloth market in Karachi. Accused Kashif Ansari also confessed to murder, attempted murder, arson and extortion during interrogation.
According to details, in Karachi, CTD during operation has raided Nishtar Road textile market and arrested Kashif Ansari, a target killer of MQM London. According to the preliminary investigation, the arrested accused was involved in terrorist activities.
The accused along with his accomplices had killed two people at the entrance of the Civil Hospital in 2011.
During the interrogation, the accused also confessed to murder, attempted murder, arson and extortion. The accused had been jailed in various cases. Further investigation is underway.
