Dolphin Force official martyred in firing by dacoits in Lahore
The body of the martyred Dolphin Force official was shifted to the morgue.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – A Dolphin Squad personnel was martyred in an encounter with armed dacoits on Mehmood Booti Bandar Road, area of the provincial capital on Sunday.
As per the details, the Dolphin Squad were on routine patrolling when the dacoits hiding in the on Mehmood Booti Bandar Road area opened indiscriminate firing.
During the exchange of fire, a Dolphin Force official was martyred on the spot, while the dacoits managed to flee. The martyred Dolphin Force officials was identified as Constable Mohsin.
SP Dolphin Force Naveed Irshad said that the investigation on different aspects is underway.
The body of the martyred Dolphin Force official was shifted to the morgue.
Punjab CM Sardar Usman Buzdar took notice of the Dolphin Force official’s martyrdom summoned a report from the CCPO Lahore.
CM Buzdar while expressing deep grief and sorrow over martyrdom of the Dolphin Force personnel extended his heartfelt sympathies and condolences with the bereaved family.
