RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Youngsters on Friday morning breached section-144 and held bike race in Rawalpindi.
The boys came out on the roads after Sehri and did on-wheeling on the routes leading to metro bus station Shamsabad, Sixth Road, Chandni Road and Committee Chowk.
However, the officials of Dolphin force, police and traffic authority remained absent from the scene.
