Three bullet-riddled bodies recovered in Karachi
SSP Malir Rao Anwar said that the bodies are yet to be ascertained.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – As many as three bullet-riddled bodies were recovered near Northern Bypass in Karachi today (Monday).
According to police, a pamphlet of outfit Ansar al-Sharia was also found on the scene, claiming the slain were wrongly using the organization’s name for killing police officers due to which they were gunned down.
SSP Malir Rao Anwar said that the bodies are yet to be ascertained.
It is to be mentioned here that on August 18, one officer martyred while the other one sustained injuries in an attack on the same spot. A pamphlet from the same organization was also recovered who claimed the responsibility of the attack.
