Servant killing case: Interim bail of MPA's daughter approved
The funeral prayer of victim child Mohammad Akhtar was offered in his native village.
OKARA (Dunya News) – An interim bail of Member of Provincial Assembly’s (MPA) daughter has been approved on Thursday in child servant torture case.
Sources told that the funeral prayer of victim child Mohammad Akhtar was offered in his native village which was attended by several people.
Punjab’s Opposition Leader Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed arrived at the victim’s house and assured his family of justice. The leader has also pledged to cooperate with the bereaved family.
On the directives of Punjab government, Child Protection Bureau’s Chairperson Saba Sadiq also met the family and assured to hold complete investigation into the matter.
Earlier, initial medical report revealed that the servant Akhtar’s right leg was swollen whereas marks of torture were also visible on his body.
