PFA wastes large quantity of unhealthy milk in Lahore

The concerned department has said that action against the sale of unhealthy milk will be continued.

LAHORE (Daily Dunya) – Punjab Food Authority (PFA) has wasted thousands of liter substandard milk during raid in parts of Lahore.

According to sources, 780 liter contaminated milk was recovered while checking of 28 cars near Saghian Bridge. The security officers also seized 931 liter milk from 41 cars in Kahna and Raiwind.

Wasting 640 kg unhygienic milk, the PFA also sealed Alnoor and Subhan shops in Baghbanpura and lodged case against the culprits.

The concerned department has said that action against the sale of unhealthy milk will be continued.
