Suspect involved in leaking CSS paper sent on 14-day judicial remand

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - An Islamabad court on Thursday sent a suspect accused of leaking CSS paper online on 14-day judicial remand.

The suspect was arrested in Faisalabad by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and was presented in special judge central Malik Nazeer’s court.

However; he was shifted to senior civil judge Abdul Gafoor Kakar s court due to the absence of the former judge.

FIA requested for the physical remand of the suspect but the court rejected it and granted 14-day judicial remand.



The judge also ordered FIA to submit challan of the case on next hearing.

According to FIA, the suspect Arif Khan uploaded CSS papers on Facebook by the name of a fake account Sadia Kausar.

On the report of Dunya News, Federal public Service Commission requested FIA to interrogate the matter.
