Customs officers arrest three PIA workers, recover 15kg heroin from flight
Aircraft will be allowed to fly after clearance from customs officials.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Customs officials on Wednesday have arrested three workers and confiscated 15 kilograms of heroin from Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight at Karachi airport.
According to details, the officers on a tip off conducted raid in Jeddah-bound PK-7121 flight and recovered 15 kg from different parts of the plane.
More than 350 passengers including Umrah pilgrims faced difficulties as flight was scheduled to leave for Saudi Arabia at 3 am.
Moreover, aircraft will be allowed to fly after clearance from customs officials.
