Three shot dead over wedding proposal
Members of boys family reached home of a girl to present proposal of marriage in Shujabad.
MULTAN (Online) - At least three persons have been shot dead and three injured over wedding proposal in Shujabad area of Multan.
According to initial unconfirmed details, few members of boy’s family reached at home of a girl this evening to present proposal of marriage.
Relatives of girl turned angry over their proposal of marriage and opened fire at members of boy’s family, leaving three dead on the spot, and three others injured, told police.
The police and rescue teams rushed to the scene immediately after getting reports of shooting and killing; they moved bodies of deceased and injured to hospital.
Later, police registered case of triple murder and shooting against the accused and launched probe into the incident.
