(Web Desk) – Australian middle-order batsman Marnus Labuschagne is set to make his debut in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2026 as he joins the Hyderabad team.

Labuschagne, who has represented Australia in various international formats, will now add his expertise to the franchise after being signed directly by Hyderabad.

This marks Labuschagne’s first appearance in the PSL. While he is a familiar face in international cricket, the Australian star has previously participated in the Big Bash League (BBL) and England's T20 Blast but has never played in the PSL before.

In other exciting developments, former Australian captain Steve Smith has also made his entry into the PSL.

Smith has been signed by the Sialkot Stallions through a direct signing deal. With both of these high-profile players joining the league, PSL 2026 is set to be more exciting than ever before.
