DUBAI (Dunya News) – The International Cricket Council has released its latest player rankings, with Pakistan’s Saim Ayub maintaining his position as the world’s top-ranked T20 all-rounder, while several leading players recorded gains and drops across Test and T20 formats.

In the Test batting rankings, England’s Joe Root has retained the number one position. Pakistan’s Saud Shakeel improved one place to move up to ninth, while New Zealand’s Devon Conway climbed seven spots to reach 34th. In the Test bowling chart, India’s Jasprit Bumrah remains at the top, with Australia’s Mitchell Starc rising from third to second.

New Zealand’s Jacob Duffy registered one of the biggest movements in the Test bowling rankings, advancing 15 places to 48th. In the Test all-rounders standings, India’s Ravindra Jadeja continues to lead the table.

The ICC T20I batting rankings saw India’s Abhishek Sharma hold on to first place. His compatriot Tilak Varma moved up two spots to fourth, while Pakistan’s Sahibzada Farhan slipped one place to sixth. New Zealand’s Tim Seifert gained two positions to reach ninth.

South Africa’s Dewald Brevis dropped seven places to 15th, whereas Aiden Markram climbed eight spots to move up to 29th. Pakistan’s Babar Azam slipped one position and is now ranked 31st in the T20I batting rankings.

In the T20I bowling rankings, India’s Varun Chakravarthy has further strengthened his hold at the top. Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed remains fourth, while India’s Arshdeep Singh climbed four places to 16th. South Africa’s Marco Jansen made a notable jump of 14 places to reach 25th.

In the T20 all-rounders rankings, Saim Ayub has retained his place at number one for Pakistan, with Mohammad Nawaz holding steady at fifth. India’s Shivam Dube moved up four places to 16th, rounding off the latest update from the ICC rankings.
