LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan star batsman Babar Azam has become the fastest player to complete 10,000 T20 runs in fewest innings. 

The right-hand batsman achieved the milestone in 271 innings, surpassing West Indies player Chris Gayle's record, who made it in 285 innings. 

Babar Azam clinched the title while playing for Peshawar Zalmi in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) match against Karachi Kings. He made 72 runs, helping his side to set a target of 155 runs for Kings.

Furthermore, Indian player Virat Kohli stands at the third spot as he had completed 10,000 runs in 299 innings followed by David Warner who had taken 303 innings to achieve the milestone.
