Lawyer alleged Rizwan offered prayers on the ground
LAHORE (Dunya News) – An Indian lawyer submitted a complaint against Pakistani batter Muhammad Rizwan to the International Cricket Council.
In his complaint, the Supreme Court lawyer identified as Vineet Jindal said Rizwan has offered prayers on the stadium ground while his team was playing a match against the Netherlands. The lawyer described the ‘conduct’ of Rizwan against the ‘spirit of the game’.
The lawyer also mentioned in his complaint that Rizwan had also violated the game rules by taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) when he submitted a post in favour of the Palestine after clinching victory against Sri Lanka.
