Naseem Shah recalls his late mother in post-surgery moments
LONDON (Web Desk) – Pakistan star fast bowler won the hearts of the fans with his latest video which went viral on social media after he went under the knife in London.
In the heartwarming video from a hospital bed, the half-conscious Naseem can be heard saying that he is missing his late mother, adding that his mother is the best mom in the world. With tears in his eyes, he said that his mother would be proud of him.

Naseem Shah’s mother passed away just before his Test debut against Australia in 2019. He could not attend the funeral of his mother due to the national duty.

Earlier, the successful shoulder surgery of Naseem Shah was performed in London on Wednesday.
The pacer suffered shoulder injury during the Asia Cup match against the arch-rival India. Owing to the injury, Shah could not play the entire event and sensing his situation doctors had suggested a surgery.

Owing to this injury Shah could not make his place in the ICC World Cup 2023 squad scheduled to be launched on Oct 5 in India.
After the surgery, doctors advised Naseem Shah to take rest for four to six weeks.
