Afridi urges players to maintain good fitness levels in time for World Cup
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Former cricketer Shahid Khan Afridi said on Friday that he disagrees with the idea of not sending team to India for the World Cup.
Speaking to media, Afridi said there exists a high-pressure in every match between India and Pakistan.
The team is competitive and can beat its opponents in no time, he added.
"Three PCB chairpersons have been changed in the past eight months. The new PCB chairman thinks his predecessor did not do a good job," Afridi said.
He urged the players to maintain good fitness levels in time for the World Cup.
