PCB to discuss proposal with its stakeholders
LAHORE (Web Desk) – The New Zealand Cricket (NZC) expressed on Sunday its interest in playing a white-ball series against Pakistan next year.
The sources divulged the series played in New Zealand may consist of five T20Is or three ODIs.
The series between Pakistan and New Zealand could start in the second week of January, as the latter have a free window before the home series against South Africa in February. New Zealand had offered to play the series after the conclusion of Pakistan's tour of Australia in January 2024. The three-match Test series will end on January 7.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will discuss the proposal with its stakeholders, and a final decision on the tour will be taken in the next few days.
