‘Pakistan will advance to semi-final’: Tendulkar gives his take on World Cup
LAHORE (Web Desk) - As the fever of the T20 World Cup intensifies, cricketers from across the globe are busy expressing their views on the progression of the mega event.
This time around, India’s cricketing great, Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar made his prediction and disclosed his semi-finalists for the mega event. He also predicted that Pakistan will also advance to the semi-finals along with India, Australia and England
Though hoping that his team would clinch the title, Tendulkar also predicted that South Africa and New Zealand could also stun the cricketing fraternity with their performances.
Talking about the upsets to the sides like West Indies and Sri Lanka at the hands of minnows in the first stage of the tournament, Tendulkar said that the associates’ teams could leave the fans swooning as the format of T20 cricket does not allow the players to consume plenty of time.
