Earlier, Sri Lanka girls chose to bat first after winning the toss.

 KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Women’s cricket team has bowled out Sri Lankan team on 169 runs in the first One-day international of the three-match ODI series.

Pakistan’s leg-spinner Ghulam Fatima bagged career-best four wickets. Ghulam alongside Sadiq Iqbal then grabbed the opponents to restrict them to score runs. Sri Lankan skipper Chamari Athapaththu resisted with her 25 runs but Sadia removed her behind the stumps to further dent the visitors.

Prasadani Weerakkody scored 30 whereas Kavisha Dilhari fought till the end to score 49 runs not-out. Her innings included five boundaries and a six.
