Ramiz Raja took cognizance of the expulsion of finalist teams of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy from a hotel.

 

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ramiz Raja on Thursday took cognizance of the expulsion of finalist teams of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy from a local hotel in Karachi.

The PCB chairman said that an inquiry has started into the matter and he is himself overseeing the matter.
Last night (Wednesday), the finalist teams of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy Northern and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa faced an unforeseen situation in a local five-star hotel where they were staying. The hotel administration asked the players tovacate the hotel at the end of booking.

Following, a new booking was made in a nearby hotel where the teams were shifted later on.

According to the details, on Wednesday the PCB had booked a hotel located on Club Road till December 22, while further booking for the two finalist teams wasn t done in advance.

It is to be noted that the final match of Quaid-e-Azam trophy is due on December 25 which will be played in the National Stadium of Karachi.
