CAA exempts New Zealand team from corona test

New Zealand cricket team will arrive in Islamabad from Bangladesh on September 11.

LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has exempted the New Zealand cricket team from the Coronavirus Test at Pakistan airports as Black Caps are to visit Pakistan after 18 years.

The CAA issued a special permit exempting the visitors from corona tests at the request of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

According to details, the New Zealand cricket team will arrive in Islamabad from Bangladesh on September 11.

New Zealand will play three ODIs and five T20Is against hosts. The ODIs are part of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League and will be played at the Pindi Cricket Stadium on 17, 19 and 21 September, while the Gaddafi Stadium will host the T20Is from 25 September to 3 October.
