KARACHI (Dunya News) – Former cricket captain Shahid Afridi has expressed disappointment at the national team’s recent performance saying that the team had seemingly prepared for Dubai rather than New Zealand pitches.
Speaking to media, he said that cricket lovers had high expectations from the national team but it failed to live up to them. According to him, their lack of preparation and understanding of Kiwi pitches seemed to be the reason for failure.
Speaking to media, maverick player also expressed his desire to see Pak-Ind series. Moreover, he also responded to aspersion cast after his viral act in Switzerland asking an Indian fan to spread out her flag saying that all flags are meant to be respected.
