Shahid Afridi likely to get key post in PCB after farewell
Shahid Afridi and Najam Sethi met each other in a pleasant mood in Dubai on Sunday.
DUBAI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Executive Committee Najam Sethi has assured star all-rounder Shahid Afridi of an honorable farewell along with a PCB post in future.
According to details, Shahid Afridi and Najam Sethi met each other in a pleasant mood in Dubai on Sunday. Both of them shared ideas for a fitting farewell and future contributions to cricket.
Najam Sethi, who is expecting to become the next chairman of PCB, has also ensured Shahid Afridi that PCB will give him a key post in future so that he may continue to serve cricket.

Earlier this year, Shahid Afridi had demanded a farewell match from PCB after his 21-year-old career, but PCB chairman Shahryar Khan turned down his request.
PCB chief did not accept Shahid Afridi’s wish because the all-rounder had promised Shahryar Khan to retire after World Cup (WC), but he failed to do so.
As per details, all matters between Shahid Afridi and PCB have now been sorted out after all-rounder’s meeting with Najam Sethi.

Shahid Afridi has also appreciated Sethi’s efforts and said that he will respond to the suggestions made by him soon.
