Khalid also announced to contest the spot-fixing allegations against him

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Shahzaib Hasan, who was suspended in PSL spot-fixing scandal, appeared before the PSL anti-corruption unit on Friday.

Shazaib submitted a detailed reply against the charges levelled against him in PSL spot-fixing scandal.

Meanwhile, another character of PSL spot fixing sandal, Khalid Latif also appeared before the PCB tribunal as he denied the allegations levelled against by PCB.

Khalid also announced to contest the spot fixing allegations against him.

Lawyer of the opening batsman, Badar Alam announced that the schedule of the case has been announced as they will submit reply on April 14 while regular hearings will be held since May 19.

It is pertinent to mention that Latif has been charged with breaches of Articles 2.1.1; 2.1.2; 2.1.3, 2.1.4; 2.4.4; and 2.4.5 of the PCB Anti-Corruption Code.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Irfan had become the first cricketer to be punished in PSL spot fixing case when he confessed of not reporting an offer of fixing to PCB.
