Lahore ready to host PSL final today
The spectators have already started going towards the stadium.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore is ready to host Pakistan Super League (PSL) final today (Sunday) at Gaddafi Stadium, preparations have been completed and spirits of cricket fans are touching the sky.
Spectators have already started going towards stadium to witness the historic event that may bring revival of international cricket in Pakistan. Najam Sethi had made it pretty clear via his tweet that time will be followed strictly and gates will be closed at 05:45 PM sharp.
Gaddafi Stadium Entry Gates will strictly close at 5.45 pm. Ticket holders should leave for Stadium with cnic as early as possible.

On the other hand, security arrangements have been kept very tight as police is patrolling the city as well as checkpoints have been made at different areas.
Punjab govt also announced that Metro Bus Service will remain operational till 1:00 am to facilitate people after conclusion of the match.
The management has made special arrangements for disabled persons and shuttle service is launched by government for the spectators. Water coolers have been placed in the stadium on the directions of Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif.
Fans are allowed to bring their mobile phones to the stadium, but they will only be able take selfies with them as mobile phone signals will be jammed. Furthermore, no edibles will be allowed to take inside the stadium.
The organizers have also introduced a new rule as far as free entry is concerned. According to the new rule, kids more than three years old would not be allowed free entry in the stadium.
The closing ceremony of PSL will take place at the Gaddafi Stadium at 06:00 PM (PST) in which singers and Army paratroopers will display their skills in front of the audience.

Ali Azmat, Faakhir Mehmood and Ali Zafar are scheduled to mesmerize the spectators with the charm of their voices and 700 light will lit the stadium at night. DJ Wali Son will take care of the sound system.

The match between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators will start at 08:00 PM (PST) after the closing ceremony. Both teams will fight hard to lift the title, but it doesn’t matter who wins this time because cricket will today emerge victorious from Pakistan after defeating terrorism.

It is pertinent here to mention that the leading players of Gladiators are not playing the final, however, their alternates have been added to the team by the franchise.
