Afridi demands to clean PCB from politics

Afridi said that he said that he didn't beg for farewell match but only put forward a wish.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Former Twenty20 captain Shahid Afridi demanded to clean Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) from politics.

Exclusively talking in Dunya News program Mahaaz, Afridi said that there must be a trend to respect senior players as they have also done a lot for the country.

He added that he is ready to leave space for young cricketers.

Talking about the internal structure of PCB, he said that the board is full of politics which needs to be eliminated like other departments.

Afridi said that he said that he didn’t beg for farewell match but only put forward a wish before selection committee.
