Afridi among world's top 20 charitable players of 2015
The foundation aims at ensuring all the basic facilities to as many as 14 villages in Kohat.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Famous all-rounder star cricketer Shahid Afridi has been named among world’s 20 charitable athletes, Dunya News reported on Monday.
Afridi set a new record in wellbeing works after forming Shahid Afridi Foundation (SAF) in March 2014. The foundation aims at ensuring all the basic facilities including education and medical to the people of as many as 14 villages in Kohat.
As per details, athlete Cristiano Ronaldo stands on first position whereas John Cena, Serena Williams, Yuna Kim, Neymar Jr, LeBron James, Maria Sharapova, Mo’ne Davis and Richard Sherman have also been included in the list.
