LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Star Pakistani batsman Umar Akmal will be dropped from the national side for Bangladesh series, according to Dunya News sources. The decision has been taken in view of Umar’s poor batting form.
According to the series, team officials are not happy with Umar Akmal’s performance. He was gone for a duck against India in Pakistan’s first game of the World Cup 2015 and scored 164 runs off the remaining 6 matches.
It is being reported that Umar Akaml will have to prove his form by playing domestic cricket so that he can make a comeback in the national team.
