The index declined by 4,781 points over the week to close at 171,021 points.
During the week, the KSE-100 index traded within a range of 8,857 points, touching a weekly high of 178,370 points and a low of 169,512 points.
A total of 3.48 billion shares were traded during the week, with the value of transactions reaching Rs138 billion.
The market's total capitalisation also declined significantly, falling by Rs512 billion to Rs19,278 billion.
