Summary OGRA has reduced LPG prices by Rs67.33 per kilogram for July, lowering the price of an 11.8kg domestic cylinder by Rs794.05.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Tuesday announced a significant reduction in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) prices for July, providing relief to domestic and commercial consumers.
According to a notification issued by the regulator, the price of LPG has been reduced by Rs67.33 per kilogram, bringing the new official price down to Rs241.43 per kg.
The notification further stated that the price of an 11.8-kilogram domestic LPG cylinder has been cut by Rs794.05, lowering its new price to Rs2,848.91.
OGRA said the revised prices will come into effect from July 1, 2026, and will remain applicable throughout the month.
The reduction is expected to provide some relief to households that rely on LPG for cooking and heating, particularly in areas where natural gas supply is unavailable or limited. It may also help lower operating costs for businesses that use LPG as a fuel source.
