The Pakistan Stock Exchange closed higher as the KSE-100 Index gained 177 points, reflecting positive investor sentiment after surging over 900 points during early trading.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Stock Exchange recorded a positive trend on Wednesday, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index closing in the green amid improved investor sentiment.
During early trading on the third business day of the week, the market witnessed strong buying interest, pushing the KSE-100 Index up by more than 900 points to reach 189,183 points.
However, some profit-taking was seen toward the close of the session. By the end of trading, the index settled at 188,380 points, still marking a gain of 177 points for the day.
In the previous session, the benchmark index had closed at 188,202 points, reflecting continued stability and cautious optimism in the market.
