LAHORE (Dunya News) – Union Developers has officially laid the foundation stone for its head office in Lahore's Union Town.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Chairman Mian Amer Mahmood and CEO Naeem Ahmed Malik as chief guests, alongside more than 500 prominent real estate professionals and investors from across Pakistan.

Chairman Mian Amer Mahmood announced that the construction of the head office would be completed within 90 days. Highlighting the historic nature of the project, he revealed that, for the first time in Pakistan, homebuilders would also be offered financing to support their investments.

“Union Town was the ideal location for our head office in Lahore,” said Mian Amer Mahmood, emphasising the partnership with Akhuwat Group in the initiative. Buyers purchasing plots in Union Town will have access to Shariah-compliant loans, enabling Islamic financing for homeownership.
