The Nepra has sought clarification from all Discos including K-Electric in this regard in 30 day
ISLAMABAD (Zeeshan Yousafzai) – All distribution companies across country were found involved in overbilling during April-June 2024 billing period.
The Nepra has sought clarification from all the companies including K-Electric in this regard in 30 days.
The Nepra officers have submitted a detailed report to the authorities concerned.

The authority has instructed the companies to adjust the Late Payment Surcharge (LPS) and the overbilling in the consumers next bills.
The authority also directed all the Discos and K-Electric to replace faulty meters at once to avoid average-billing.
