Pakistan's external debt and liabilities reach $115.7 billion

The public external debt rose 3.3 percent

KARACHI (Web Desk) - Pakistan’s external debt and liabilities ballooned to nearly $115.75 billion at the end of December 2020, an addition of 4.5% in the past six months.

Till December, external debt and liabilities totaled $115.7 billion compared to $110.7 billion till December 2019, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

The public external debt rose 3.3 percent and amounted to $90.5 billion as of December 31, 2020
