Rupee gains 43 paisa against USD
The greenback closed at 159.56 rupees
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The exchange rate of US Dollar weakened by 43 paisa in the interbank against Pakistani rupee on Monday.
The greenback closed at 159.56 rupees on first business day of the week.
Rupee had also gained against dollar on last business day of the week as it closed at Rs159.99 in the interbank market on last Thursday.
It is to be mentioned here that Pakistani Rupee appreciates when lesser amount of rupees are required to get one USD. On the other hand, PKR depreciates when more rupees are required to get one greenback.
