Dollar gains 49 paisa against rupee in interbank market.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The United States dollar gained 49 paisa against the Pakistani rupee in the interbank market, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
The greenback closed at Rs 160.94 on the third business day of the week.
The exchange rate of the Pakistani rupee had declined by 38 paisa in the interbank market on Tuesday against the US dollar to close at Rs 160.45.
However, according to Forex Association of Pakistan, the buying and selling rates of the dollar in the open market were recorded at Rs 160 and Rs 161 respectively.
