BOI chairman seeks Egyptian expertise in the development of Pakistan's tourism sector.

(Web Desk) – Board of Investment (BOI) Chairman Haroon Sharif said on Friday that the incumbent government has been striving to attract local and foreign investment with effective measures and policies for enhancing industrial growth, exports and production in Pakistan.

Reportedly, he held a meeting with Egyptian Ambassador to Pakistan Ahmed Fadel Yacoub in Islamabad and apprised him that Pakistan has been ensuring equal opportunities and incentives for foreign investors.

He also conveyed to the Egyptian Ambassador that Prime Minister Imran Khan has placed a particular emphasis to facilitate tourism and hospitality sector, adding that Pakistan can formulate effective strategy by utilizing the experience and knowledge of Egypt in this regard.
