Sindh govt proposes to make PSM restoration part of CPEC
Production in PSM has been closed since 2015.
KARACHI (Dunya News)- Sindh government has proposed federation to make restoration of Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM) part of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Sources privy to Sindh govt has confirmed aforementioned development and stated that move is aimed at not only reviving PSM but also to make it a profitable organization.
On the other hand, stakeholders of PSM have overtly rejected any such proposal and have demanded same facilities for PSM as being given to those who are investing in Gwadar.
