Gold price per 12.5 grams increased by Rs. 1100
Rs. 1100 increase was recorded per 12.5 grams of gold in just one day in Pakistan
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Gold price per 12.5 grams on Thursday saw an increase of Rs. 1100 in Pakistan and the new price of gold is Rs. 48,200 per 12.5 grams in the country while 10 grams of gold price increased by Rs. 943 and now stands at Rs. 41,314 per 10 grams, reported Dunya News.
On the other hand, the gold price in the international market has increased to 1227 dollars per ounce, which is the highest in last 10 months.
The experts say that the price hike trend is mainly due to the interest shown in the purchase of gold among Chinese and Indian investors. The price has also increased due to the reports and expectations of the increase in the interest rates.
