ANKARA (Web Desk) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that Turkiye is ready to provide every possible support for a potential agreement with Iran.
According to media reports, the Turkish president stated that he assured cooperation during discussions with US President Donald Trump and other regional leaders.
Erdogan said that an agreement ensuring free passage through the Strait of Hormuz could play a significant role in promoting regional stability.

He added that such a deal would not only improve the regional situation but also provide relief to the global economy and help stabilize international energy markets.
The Turkish president further stated that Turkiye is prepared to play an active role in implementing any potential agreement.
He also revealed that a teleconference regarding the current situation in Iran was held with Pakistani Field Marshal Asim Munir, as well as leaders from the United States, Gulf countries, and other regional states.
