30 Libyan rebels killed in Misurata

At least 30 rebels in Misurata were killed in a clash with Libyan President Gaddafis forces.

Fighting for control over Musurata, Libya’s third largest city after Tripoli and Benghazi and the only rebel stronghold in the west, has being going on for weeks.North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) claimed that it had destroyed 15 government tanks in air raids.According to a foreign news agency, the rebels have formed a parallel government in Benghazi. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is extending its activities to western Libya, as a ship with medical supplies docked in Misrata.
