Summary The demonstrations are to come amidst an unannounced curfew
SRINAGAR (Dunya News) – All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has announced to observe a black day on October 27 across the occupied valley of Kashmir to mark nearly seven decades of India-borne hostility and suppression.
Indian forces had occupied the valley on October 27, 1947, more than two months after Indo-Pak separation. Shutter-down strike is to be observed across the valley on Thursday while locals would take to streets against Indian violence.
The demonstrations are to come amidst an unannounced curfew in Occupied Kashmir that has completed 110 days today.
The so-called government, on Indian instructions, has imposed restriction on Friday sermons and gatherings in mosques.
However, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has announced to lead Friday prayers in Srinagar’s Jamia Masjid this week despite the restriction imposed by the puppet government.
