Summary
Israeli authorities say a Libyan aid ship Al-Amal (Hope) that is trying to break the blockade on the Gaza has set course for Egypt. The Moldavian-flagged vessel had suffered engine trouble in international waters, but is now reported to be within 60 miles (100km) of the Gaza coast. Organisers say they still plan to dock in Gaza, despite Israel's request to head to the Egyptian port of El-Arish. The ship is constantly being shadowed by four Israeli naval vessels. Six weeks ago, Israeli forces seized another Gaza aid-flotilla, killing nine Turks on aboard.
