Avalanche kills 10 in Russia

Ten snowboarders have been killed, when the helicopter they were boarding was hit by an avalanche, after landing on a ski slope in Russia.Some 18 people, including a number of tourists, were on board the chopper when it was hit in Russia's Kamchatka region in the far east. Eight people have since been rescued and taken to local hospitals. Emergency crews are continuing to dig through the snow for bodies.
