Israeli military announced that they have arrested a senior Hamas operative in a raid into the town of Ramallah. According to the Israeli Army, Maher Audi was amongst the founder of Hamas and accused him him of being directly responsible for the death of 10 Israelis.Audi was believed to be in charge of a cell that carried out attacks at Zrifin junction station in central Israel and Cafe Hillel in Jerusalem in September 2003.Hamas blamed the Palestinian Authority for the arrest of Maher Audi.
