Severe clashes have been reported during the distribution of aid to quake affected areas of Haiti. Ten American nationals have been arrested after being accused of attempting to kidnap 33 children. Local people have blamed corruption and mismanagement of the government as the main reason for the clashes. In the capital Port-au-Prince, tens of thousands of people fought each other to get food aid. A woman accused, the concerned authorities of distributing the food aid amongst their families and friends.Police have arrested 10 American Nationals accusing them of attempting to kidnap 33 children, although no legal evidence was found from them. The authorities fear that people involved in human trafficking can take advantage of the situation prevailing in Haiti.
