Punishment for people who attempts to flee North

North Korea has amended its law to and has started giving tougher punishments to those who would flee the country. The numbers of people who are trying to flee North Korea have reduced recently.According to Human rights correspondent that people are living in miserable conditions in the communist North, however this issue had been overshadowed due to the nuclear issues.
